The tablets contain Melissa officianalis, sometimes called Lemon Balm, which is recognised for its calming properties, along with other beneficial ingredients including rosemary, hop flowers & lime tree blossom. Calming Tablets can help alleviate nervousness, for example, during thunderstorms, firework parties, and other noisy occasions, without causing drowsiness.
